Duties
Duties include:
Typical duties assigned include operation of hand and/or power lawn mowers, various small gas-powered snow blowers, ditch digging to a specific slope and grade, mixing of materials and patching roadways and sidewalks, providing assistance to tradesmen by tearing down walls and partitions, removal and placement of screens, awnings, storm windows, etc.Utilizes small tools (i.e. screw drivers, pliers, wrenches, electric screw drivers, hammers, vise grips, levels, etc.) to disassemble/assemble relocated furniture, shelves, bookcases, and any other items requiring minorwork to relocate/reassemble.Replaces light bulbs in various types of light fixtures located in and around buildingsAssists in snow removal from sidewalks, walkways, roadways, etc. during periods of inclement weather.During these periods, will be subject to working odd hours (days, nights, weekends, holidays) and may berequired on an overtime basis during severe weather conditions.safeguard all tools, machines and equipment assigned and maintain such in clean and properworking order at all timesWork Schedule:
