Formulates and implements optimal nutrition therapy and evaluates outcomes for assigned patients. Coordinates nutritional care with other disciplines. Bachelor's Degree: Dietitics (Required), Bachelor's Degree: Food and Nutrition, Master's Degree: Dietitics (Required), Master's Degree: Food and Nutrition

Dietitian/Nutritionist Mississippi - Mississippi State Department of Health, Dietitian/Nutritionist Tennessee - Tennessee Board of Dietitians/Nutritionist Examiners, Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist - Commission on Dietetic Registration
