Job Title: Assistant Store ManagerDuration: 3 Months Contract + Possibility of Extension/FTELocation: Philadelphia, PA 19109Pay Rate: $24.00 - $25.00
Notes:Schedule Notes:Hybrid - In office Mon-Thurs (11am-4pm) hours of operation still 9am-6pm, mornings and afternoons can be done at home WFH Friday
JOB SUMMARYDuties:Assist Store Managers with project management for ecommerce storesAssist Store Managers in setting up & maintaining store environmentsLead management on stores as neededUpdate products, descriptions, images, and other customer-facing information to ensure the store front end functionality is optimizedHandle one-off platform updates to shopsMonitor shipping rates for accuracyAssist Store Managers by coordinating product restocksWork with Account Managers to make sure all details needed concerning new launches and stores are received in a timely manner from clientsAssist with managing inventory levels and inventory reportingManage comp shipment requestsAssist with logistics and warehouse managementWork with fulfilment partners and customer service team to provide efficient customer experiencesConduct periodic reports for clients as neededAssist with using sales reports to make recommendations to drive revenue for clientsWork with marketing account teams to ideate and create unique, topical merchandise for clientele
Skills:Experience working in customer service related field is a plusExtremely detail-oriented and organizedProficient in Excel & MS OfficeSelf-starter who can complete tasks with minimal supervisionVery strong communication skillsWorks well with a teamGood with tight timelines and strict deadlinesEasily adjusts to shifting prioritiesPhotoshop experience is a plusTrustworthy with sensitive information
