SWBC is seeking a talented individual to responsible for analyzing the performance of our digital marketing initiatives, including website performance, blog performance, and digital marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in providing actionable insights that drive decision-making and enhance our digital marketing strategies.

Essential duties include the following:
Assists in analyzing website performance and identifying key metrics and trends to inform strategic decisions.Assists in evaluating the effectiveness of blog content, providing insights on audience engagement and content optimization.Monitors and assesses the performance of marketing campaigns, including PPC, programmatic, email, and social media.Assists with the creation of detailed reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.Collaborates with the digital marketing team to refine strategies based on analytical insights.Utilizes Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Looker Studio to track and report on digital performance metrics.Supports the implementation of tracking and tagging through Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate data collection.Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from a four-year college or university required.Minimum of one-two (1-2) years of experience in marketing analysis, specifically within digital marketing.Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Looker Studio.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver presentations to stakeholders.Experience in analyzing website and blog performance metrics.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is preferred.Knowledge of the financial services industry is preferred.Knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing approaches preferred.SWBC offers*:
