Duration: 3 Months Contract + Possibility of Extension/FTE

Location: Santa Monica , CA 90404

Pay rate: $23.00 - $24.15 hourly

Timing:

9:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Duties:

High-level meeting notes & organizationCreation and curation of team Marketing Meeting SlidesAssist in coordinating HITS Monthly Ad with marketing coordinatorCollation of data to ensure Product Setup is complete for teaSolicitation and collocation for marketing Promo Requests EmailCoordination of product release information for the New Release Book solicitationInitial design and templates for marketing plans, timelines & decksUPS shipment & messenger service coordination

Skills:

Proficient in MS Office, excel, word, canva, adobe premium, photoshop, and keynote.Highly organized, communication, good attitude and willingness to work with a large team.

Education:

BA degree is marketing, entertainment or related fields
