Range : $20.00 - $26.00/hour (DOE) +$1.00 an hour shift differential for night shifts
What's Expected of the Tooling Maintenance TM Technician position?
Work as part of the team with Production and other departments to provide a fully functional tool to meet customer quality expectations.
Disassemble, clean, reassemble tooling after production runs. Operate a variety of equipment, and use hand-work to clean, repair, and prepare tooling for production. Diagnose and correct problems encountered while running tooling online. Clean and repair die heads and flange plates. Wire, test, install and maintain heater bands and electrical cords. Adhere to and complete work within the 5S standards, SOPs, and OSHA guidelines. What you bring:
High school degree, or equivalent. Previous industrial experience. Good mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot. Good reading and mathematical proficiencies Ability to operate hand tools, and equipment required to complete job related tasks Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend Safety focus with a willingness to adhere to safety guidelines.
