DescriptionAs the Legal Process Specialist, your responsibilities include document collection to support subpoena responses and / or interpretation and preparation of each subpoena that requires a response.Primary responsibilities include+ Responsible for case preparation, which includes reviewing subpoenas and analyzing record requests and / or accessing Citizen's various systems to self-service documentation collection.+ In cases where self-service recording retrieval is not an option, the Legal Process Specialist is responsible for ensuring the records are collected via automated methods.+ May performs quality control checks on collections and documentation prior to final QC.+ Prepares records for final response to requestor.+ Requires strong level of familiarity with banks structure, systems, and legal terminology.Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials+ Ability to multi-task and balance competing priorities, plan and prioritize daily responsibilities while maintaining close attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness+ Solid organization and time management skills+ Possess professional written and verbal skills+ A strict adherence to confidentiality+ Familiarity with legal documentation and legal process+ Experience with financial services industry preferred+ Proficiency with MS-365 including the ability to properly create and format documents.+ Associate degree and/or experience as a Legal Assistant is beneficial, but not required.Hours & Work Schedule+ Hours per Week: 40+ Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00#LI-CITIZENS2Some job boards have started using jobseeker-reported data to estimate salary ranges for roles.
