This includes but is not limited to the following tasks:Following PPE requirementsEscalating safety defects and concerns to leads/supervisorsAssure that we are always working to meet or exceed our quality standards. This includes but is not limited to the following tasks:Following GMP requirementsInspecting raw materials and finished goodsCompleting quality documentationAssisting in rework as assignedEscalating quality defects and concerns to leads/supervisorsResponsible for the operation of the fillers, cappers, seamers, and cyrovacs in the facility to include but is not limited to the following tasks:Setting up equipmentChanging over equipmentShutting down equipmentClearing jamsAssisting with sanitation as requiredTroubleshoot equipment as necessarySupport Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) at the operator level. This includes, but is not limited to, participation in the following processes:Shift Hand Offs MeetingsLevel 1 MeetingsPerformance BoardsCenterline Management (CLM)Clean to Inspect and Reapply Lubrication (CIL)5SDefect HandlingStart Up/Shut DownChangeoversDaily Problem HandlingWork with support departments to improve line performanceKeep work area clean and orderlyPerform any other duty as assigned by supervisor or lead personPhysical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk and hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 50 - 100 pounds, requesting assistance as necessary.Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts.
