The main tasks of the role involve evaluating patients, identifying nursing diagnoses, creating personalized care plans, and assessing patient responses.What You'll DoYou will utilize nursing judgement and reasoning to make precise health assessments, ensuring these assessments align with standard practices.You will check nursing procedures.
