This consultant will work with all aspects of Data warehouse and DataMart for DHR Dashboards project. In addition, this expert will be responsible for developing, scheduling and implementing SSIS packages for loading data from multiple resources into SQL Server Database. As well as assisting the Project Manager, Database Administrator, and Power BI developer with requirements gathering, migration planning, Security Access, and implementation of Dashboards.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSWe offer a premium base salary with compensation commensurate with experience. We provide a robust benefits package including Tuition Reimbursement, 401K Match, BCBS Health Coverage, and Paid Time Off - EVEN YOUR BIRTHDAY!RESPONSIBILITIES:Analyze multiple source systems and develop transformation rules to extract, transform, and load data into target systems based on business requirements.Work with SQL Server databases, including ETL processes using SSIS and SSAS, and create reports with SSRS.Develop complex SSRS reports utilizing SSIS packages.Implement .NET and C# script tasks within SSIS.Understand the Data Warehousing SDLC and architecture for ETL, reporting, and BI tools.Model data using relational, dimensional, star, and snowflake schemas, and perform data analysis for data warehousing.Create ETL mappings to load data from various sources into the Data Warehouse, applying transformations like Source Qualifier, Expression, Lookup, Aggregate, Update Strategy, and Joiner.Develop stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers, as well as complex queries using SQL Server and T-SQL.Conduct database development and analysis.Schedule ETL and data refresh scripts.Communicate effectively and demonstrate strong decision-making, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technology and business-related issues.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION100% on-site in Montgomery, ALVideo Interviews will be conducted. QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree in a related field; AND,8+ years of IT experience focusing on:Data warehousing, Data modeling, Data integration, Data Migration, ETL process and Business IntelligenceData analysis and/or reporting along with strong knowledge of database and related technologies (SQL, OLAP, etc.) Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server 2018.Experience with ETL tools: Microsoft SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS.Familiarity with BI and reporting tools, specifically Microsoft Power BI.Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques, including logical, physical, and relational modeling, ER diagrams, and dimensional data modeling (star and snowflake schemas).Ability to write SQL stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers.Equal opportunity employer, including disability/vets.
