JOB SUMMARYHybrid Position: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Onsite
Title: NDA Compliance Paralegal
RESPONSIBILITIESWork closely with the legal team to review, draft, and negotiate NDAsUtilize various tools that support the receiving, processing, and execution of NDA requests and any new technologies that improve efficiencyDevelop and revise timelines, procedures and training that support compliance with the NDA process, including when, why and how NDAs are usedDefine, analyze, and monitor performance metrics to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely processing of NDA requestsCoordinate and gather information, materials, documents and reports which are necessary to respond to inquiriesAssist in training and advising regional partners to ensure global compliance of NDA and contract administrationAssist employees in their understanding of the Levels of Authority PolicyTrack and remediate policy and process violations as appropriate
