We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced UX Researcher. In this role, you will primarily perform qualitative usability research efforts for our colleague-facing software products. You will play a critical role in understanding the needs, behaviors, and pain points of our colleagues, translating research into actionable insights that drive the design and development of intuitive and impactful software solutions. This role will report to the UX Research Lead and the Sr Manager of UX Design and Research.
Compensation:$50/hr to $60/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years in user experience research, with a strong focus on leading and executing qualitative research studies, analyzing data, and presenting findings.2+ years of experience with using research tools and software such as Miro, User Testing, Userlytics, Maze, Adobe Analytics, Dovetail, or similar.3+ years of performing user research on digital products, ideally within the healthcare, health-tech, or fin-tech industries. Strong understanding of UX research principles and methodologies.Experience with user research methods (interviews, usability testing, A/B testing, etc.) and familiarity with data analysis techniques to inform design decisions and measure impact.Proficiency with Figma, with an ability to create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups for testing and user feedback.Genuine interest in improving healthcare through innovative digital solutions and a commitment to leveraging technology to create positive change.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in presenting research findings to stakeholders and the ability to advocate for UX best practices across disciplines.
