SAP Developer / Analyst

The SAP Developer/Analyst will be the primary technical resource for daily development needs while partnering directly with business stakeholders to identify and translate their requirements into implementable, scalable solutions aligned to industry best practices.
You will manage system configuration to ensure stakeholders understand the impacts of development requests across the multi-site enterprise.
Working in a dynamic environment, you will have the opportunity to influence and evolve the SAP ERP to ensure business success.
Responsibilities:
In this position, you will be responsible for:
Partnering directly with key functional business unit stakeholders to ask the right questions while identifying and recommending solutions for system requirements.
Translating functional requirements into feasible technical specifications.
Hands-on developing, configuring, testing and implementing of SAP modules and applications.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues during development, implementation, and operation.
Establishing processes and procedures to maintain the ERP across all sites.
Ensuring processes within the ERP follow regulatory requirements, including CMMC guidelines.
Establishing and manage SAP maintenance and releases following best practices.
Maintaining a development schedule and communicate priorities.
Ensuring backups of critical data are monitored and compliant.
Partnering with 3rd party provider to ensure solutions are aligned to business success.
Onboarding and offboarding \ maintaining users in the system
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related subject or equivalent experience
3-5 years of demonstrated hands-on experience with SAP, including ABAP development, configuration, and release management in an enterprise SAP environment; full cycle implementation experience is preferred.
Demonstrated success in working with cross functional teams to understand their requirements and translating those to development.
Proven experience in understanding SAP best practices within a customized SDLC.
Strong prioritization and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a high degree of flexibility.
Ability to communicate and present clear, concise objectives to the business, while identifying and sharing risks, alternative solutions, and opportunities; report building and delivery required.
Proven experience in understanding system and network protocols within a highly regulated environment.
Incident queue management and troubleshooting
Experience in SAP modules including FI, CO, FSCM
Understanding of data modeling techniques when developing new data structures to support applications.
Ability to debug code in technical area of expertise for functional and performance issues.
