Our challenge

The candidate should demonstrate a strong blend of technical skill and industry knowledge and exhibit excellent communication, teamwork, customer service, and leadership qualities to effectively engage with cloud engineering, information security, and line of business teams. Given the collaborative requirements of this position, it is essential that the candidate possesses advanced Gen AI/AWS/technical skills alongside strong interpersonal abilities.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within New York, NY is $130k - $145k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities

:Translate the business requirements for AI applications into viable AI solutions within AWSSelect appropriate AWS technologies, considering deployment models and their seamless integration with existing toolsPartner with Enterprise Architecture, Application Development, and Business teams to design pilot projects and develop production-ready solutionsGather feedback from diverse stakeholders to ensure that the technical implementation aligns with both current and future AI requirementsWork closely with security and risk leaders to foresee and mitigate risks, ensuring ethical AI usage and complianceGain an understanding of and contribute to LLM operations, focusing on the infrastructure and operational capabilities required to deploy AWS AI solutionsDevelop tools and capabilities that support data ingestion, feature engineering, data management, and organizationIntegrate security best practices into solutions to facilitate streamlined CI/CD pipelines for deployment and secure software deliveryRequirements:

You are:

At least 5 years of experience in implementing cloud-based AI workloads on AWS, delivering production grade solutionsBachelor's Degree in any of Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science or a related fieldGenerative AI, Deep Learning, Machine learning, LLMOpsLLM Experience in prompting & finetuning in GPT3.5/Turbo, GPT-4/4o is a must. Experience in other LLMs would be a plus.Certifications in AI/ML technologies and Cloud platforms, such as AWS AI Practitioner.Certification in AWS Solutions Architect and other cloud platforms e.g. AWS, Google would be a plus.Programing experience in one of the languages - Python, R, Java, C#Experience in CI/CD Tools Bitbucket, Terraform is a must.Experience gathering non-functional requirements, performing designed and validated application architecture frameworks, and executing functional, stress and performance testingStrong knowledge of business analysis, requirement gathering, and gap analysisStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsFast learner, individual as well as a team player and can work under pressureWe can offer you:
