Job Description: Lead and manage a team of overseas software engineers, providing technical direction and guidance for development projects Oversee technical project plans and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time Work closely with onsite client stakeholders from cross functional departments Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure quality standards are met Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, processes and tools to enhance development capabilities. Develop proof of concept and own development deliverables - 50% efforts required in active development. Analyze customer requirements and develop technical solutions to meet customer needs Develop and document technical processes and procedures . Design, develop, and implement financial products and custom web applications using .Net Core/ ASP.Net Core/C#/EF Core/SQL Server technologies. 12-15 years of development experience Ability to develop web applications in .Net core, Angular 13+ in agile mode Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
