Please describe the team the candidate will be working with - how many members? 25 What is the break-down of the teams skill sets (ex: 1 PM 4 Developers etc.)? 1 SM 5 developers What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position (please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)? o Develop high-quality code, software design o Explore new technologies, Quickly perform POC with faster turnaround, to propose solutions to the business problems o Need to own end to end lifecycle of Develop, Deployment, maintain the application till production o Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks using the agile development methodology o Understand and implement CI/CD deployment pipelines o Create and Manage application and log monitoring o Communicate effectively with both global teams and stakeholders What does the ideal candidate background look like (ex: healthcare specific background specific industry experience etc.)? Software Engineering skill set. What skills/attributes are required (please be detailed as to number of years of experience for each skill)? 4 years in software development What skills/attributes are preferred (what will set a candidate apart)? o - Java, Spring Framework, Java11, REST/GraphQL, Java Collections, Unit test frameworks o - Good Hands-on experience with code build and deployment tools like Maven/Gradle and Docker. o - Good hands-on experience working NoSQL Databases, In-Memory databases like Redis, Messaging systems like Kafka o - Understanding of Cloud environment, Serverless deployment and architectures o - Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude o - Good in Data Structure, Algorithms and Design Patterns o - Reactive and functional programming is plus Of the required skills listed, which would you consider the top 3?
