Full Job Description:

Kudu Dynamics is seeking an experienced User Interface Developer with a specialization in Angular to join our cross-functional team. We are building an innovative analytics system to ingest, merge, and distill big data. Visualizations, maps, complex filters, and other features help users gain valuable insights and deliver actionable outputs. The ideal candidate will help lead the ongoing development of web applications with an eye toward maintainability, consistency, and future proofness.

Key Responsibilities:Be a technical leader in the design, implementation and maintenance of features for web applications using Angular and related technologiesDevelop generic Angular components to increase code reuse and improve long-term maintainabilityCollaborate with back-end team members to define API and data modeling requirementsDevelop tests, troubleshoot issues and collaborate with QA team membersMinimum Qualifications:

Proven experience as a front-end developer with expertise using Angular for large performant web applicationsDeep proficiency with TypeScript, SCSS, and HTMLFamiliarity with Angular MaterialFamiliarity with REST and WebSocket APIs and asynchronous request handlingExperience with model-view-controller, reactive programming (RxJS), publisher-subscriber, and other common design patternsMeticulous attention to detail and strong organization skillsA bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent hands-on experienceAble to assess, debug, and resolve web application performance issuesExperience with Cypress or Jasmine testing frameworks.Familiarity with Maplibre or MapboxA U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearanceNice-to-have Qualifications:

Experience with managing internal npm librariesExperience designing and developing long-lifespan software, with a focus on maintainability, consistency, flexibility, performance, and best practicesExperience developing Angular components to seamlessly integrate third-party libraries programmatically and visuallyExperience creating components and interactions that enable users to interact with very large data sets and find what they are looking forExperience with various front-end testing strategies and frameworksExperience translating often-contradictory user feedback into requirements and taskingExperience with JSON Web Tokens and authentication processesExperience with Python 3+, FastAPI, Pydantic, and SQLAlchemyExperience with MessageChannel, Centrifugo, or WebSocketsExperience with Micro-UI architecturesBenefits:

Pay Range:

$165,000 - $185,000 per year
