It is the cornerstone for all that we do here at Wyld. -Make a Mark -We Blaze Our Own Trail -Brand First -We Mean Business Summary The Business Systems Manager plans, coordinates, and executes new systems rollouts, maintains coherence between legacy and contemporary systems, and manages Systems Operations teams to ensure the smooth, efficient operations of Wyld's Business Systems. The Business Systems Manager will work closely with a number of departments to coordinate and implement future system needs and advise on the efficacy of optioned systems solutions for the business. The ideal candidate will be not only technically sharp and organized, but also able to communicate effectively. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Plan, implement and manage the upkeep of various enterprise systems. Primarily our ERP Cannabis Business Central and tangential systems. Oversee Business Systems team and the daily internal operations of systems within Wyld. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of legacy systems, while simultaneously planning for their replacement and sunset periods. Coordinate feature updates, new product additions, or other additions and updates to both legacy and contemporary systems via the business systems team. Occasional travel to facilities to perform discovery and project scoping duties to ensure system launches meet each operation needs as they pertain to facility-specific needs and use cases. Collaborate with IT department to ensure new systems are integrated harmoniously with existing software stack while identifying potential bottlenecks and/or compatibility issues that need solution development. Facilitate conversations with external vendors and internal teams. Collaborate with all departments to scope new systems needs, and consultation with key stakeholders and department heads to outline requirements and provide solutions. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Experience working cross functionally with multiple departments to gather requirements. History of actively seeking better systems to generate new efficiency in a business. Working knowledge of enterprise systems and data infrastructure. Specifically, Windows, Microsoft Azure, 365, Slack, Zendesk, and Google Workspace and Microsoft Business Central 365 / NAV Not afraid to take ownership; demonstrates a growth mindset in streamlining and expanding data operations and reporting capabilities of the company. Effectively communicate information and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the company Exceptional team player attitude, unafraid of rolling up the sleeves when necessary Ability to think quickly on your feet, and problem solve effectively Possess advanced mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division Perform advanced visual quality inspections on products State regulations require all applicants must be 21 years of age or older Will be required to submit to a background check Must obtain all state required: permits, licenses, certifications Travel between sites will be required Benefits As an exempt employee , you'll receive a competitive salary of $98K-120K/year, 11 paid holidays, 120 hours of PTO, 401K, and fully paid health, dental and vision insurance.
