We're in search of customer focused professionals with a passion for solving difficult problems and exceeding our DoD customer expectations. We're seeking a Sr. Cyber Security Analyst with experience evaluating technologies and engineering solutions that address the 7 core pillars of zero trust. Hybrid work is allowed but you must be in the local Tampa Bay area. Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for: Researching and modeling system cyber-defense performance and operations; Developing analytical methods and tools to facilitate analyses; executing trade studies; performing data analytics & statistical analysis; and developing effective presentations that succinctly communicate results and findings. Evaluating AI/cyber products with the DoD, the IC, industry and academia. Providing advanced analytical and technical support to projects involving training, strategic and operational documentation, systems design or other efforts requiring IT cyber-defense expertise. Researching, identifying, and making recommendations about resources required for task execution and completion. Gathering, processing, and analyzing functional and operational data. Assisting with the testing and development of new systems or updates to existing systems to meet customer needs. Identifying and recommend emerging technologies that may lead to improvements in current capablities. Maintaining current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas. Writing and updating project documentation including system procedures, presentations, and training materials. Providing guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts. Serving as a mentor to less experienced analysts. Serving as team or task lead as necessary Qualifications: US citizenship required 5 years of related experience either Military or Civilian Equivalent BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. Active TS/SCI clearance Required Advanced knowledge of the IT cyber-defense principles, methods, processes, and applicable DoD regulations involved in supporting military operations. Advanced knowledge of relevant cyber-defense technology and equipment. Specific certifications or military education/training may be required, depending on job assignment. Ability to serve as a technical team or task leader. Ability to support aggressive delivery schedules. Works independently under limited supervision. Experience working directly with a US Special Operations Command organization preferred.
