What You'll Do Reporting to the Vice President of Strategy, Performance & Technology, this position will lead the implementation and optimization of advanced plant monitoring and predictive technology solutions. This position will be responsible to execute the comprehensive manufacturing technology road map and enhance operational performance. This position will collaborate with process engineers and performance engineers across multiple sites. This role demands a strategic mindset and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in achieving technological innovation and operational efficiency. Other responsibilities include: Lead the implementation and optimization of plant technology solutions, focusing on OSI PI suite and related systems. Ensure the seamless integration of technology into manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions eg Advanced Machine learning Utilize plant analytics tools to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational data. Drive predictive analytics around process safety and critical equipment across all the plants. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables. Oversee technology-related projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget. Train and mentor, a team of engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. Provide guidance and support to team members in the use of plant analytics and technology solutions. Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and skill development The Role requires approximately 25% travel to various sites. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Certified OSI PI practitioner. Experience in developing and integrating various Man Machine Interfaces Advanced skillsets in Python coding and Power Bi. Demonstrated experience in the manufacturing industry, with a focus on plant performance and technology management. Strong background in plant analytics, with expertise in OSI PI system. Proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing technology solutions in a manufacturing environment. Excellent project management / stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead complex projects from start to finish. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to manufacturing and technology. Experience with other plant analytics and manufacturing execution systems (MES). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
