Job Title: GPS Technical Test Lead Job Code: 15939 Job Location: Anaheim, CA Schedule: 4/10 or 9/80 Job Description: System Engineering, Integration & Test (SEIT) is seeking an technical lead to join our diverse team. The selected candidate will work in a fast-paced environment supporting projects spanning across Navigation Solutions (NS) at L3Harris in Anaheim, CA. Navigation Solutions products provide advanced military GPS and other Position, Navigation, Timing (PNT) capabilities in military embedded real-time systems and can be used in weapons, ground, airborne, maritime, and space environments. Essential Functions: Development of systematic roadmaps with technical reviews, milestones, concepts, requirements and operational objectives for end-to-end prototyping development. Develop and lead requirements generation and maintenance, architecture design, and test infrastructure for qualification testing and validation. Communicate System/Testing risks as appropriate to key project stakeholders promptly and coordinate mitigation strategies with appropriate teams. Conduct test status meetings as needed, provide status, and metrics that are clear, correct and meaningful during all levels of testing. Coordinate with Project Manager, Project Engineering, and Chief Engineer to update and maintain all test deliverables in the Project Plan. Produce project deliverables (Test Plan, Test Summary Report, and Traceability Matrix). Perform system regression testing using Automated Test Equipment (ATE). Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, with a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience. Active DoD Secret security clearance. Minimum of 9 years of experience with development of Test Plans, Procedures, Reports and test execution. Minimum of 9 years prior experience in GPS/PNT systems Team Lead experience Preferred Additional Skills: Experience with GPS receiver testing for quality and reliability. Project Management experience Must work effectively in both independent and team environments. Desired skills include requirements analysis and verification, software scripting and usage of automated testing frameworks and application.
