Job title: TIBCO Developer Job Responsibilities: Configure and manage Tibco environments, including Tibco Business Works, Tibco EMS, and other related components. Set up and manage Tibco instances, ensuring high availability and scalability. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Tibco applications using tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Docker. Automate the build, test, and deployment processes for Tibco services and applications. Integrate automated testing tools within the CI/CD pipeline to ensure code quality and reliability. Manage the deployment of Tibco applications across different environments (development, testing, staging, production). Coordinate with development and operations teams to plan and execute application releases. Monitor and manage the release process, ensuring smooth and timely deployments. Implement monitoring solutions to track the performance and availability of Tibco applications. Use tools such as Tibco Hawk, Splunk, or other monitoring tools to detect and resolve issues proactively. Optimize the performance of Tibco applications through tuning and troubleshooting. Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure alignment and collaboration. Facilitate communication between teams to address and resolve issues related to Tibco deployments. Provide technical support and guidance to team members on Tibco-related matters. Implement security best practices for Tibco applications and infrastructure. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations. Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments. Maintain comprehensive documentation of Tibco environments, configurations, and CI/CD pipelines. Develop and deliver training sessions for team members on Tibco DevOps processes and tools. Create user guides and manuals for Tibco applications and deployments. Respond to and resolve incidents related to Tibco applications and services. Perform root cause analysis for issues and implement corrective actions. Ensure timely resolution of incidents to minimize impact on business operations. Degree Requirement: This position requires, at a minimum, a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor's degree in one of the aforementioned subjects. Work Schedule : Full Time, 40 Hours/Week
