The CPQ Developer will be responsible for developing and configuring robust, scalable, and efficient Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions that integrate seamlessly with our CSI ERP system. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, IT, and Operations to streamline business processes, enhance quoting efficiency, and improve user experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop CPQ Solutions: Design, configure, and implement CPQ solutions using Infor Design Studio within the CSI ERP environment. ERP Integration: Ensure seamless integration of CPQ with CSI ERP, enhancing data accuracy and automating processes between the sales and operations departments. Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure product rules, pricing models, workflows, and user interfaces to meet business requirements and user needs. Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate those into scalable CPQ models and configurations. System Maintenance & Support: Provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting for existing CPQ systems, ensuring high performance and user satisfaction. Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous testing to ensure that CPQ solutions work flawlessly within the CSI ERP environment and meet all business requirements. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all development activities, including configurations, customizations, and best practices. Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users and other teams involved in using and managing CPQ solutions. Collaborate with IT & Business Teams: Work closely with IT, product management, and sales teams to enhance CPQ system capabilities and drive process improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3 years of experience working as a CPQ Developer, with hands-on experience in Infor Design Studio. Strong knowledge of Infor CSI ERP (CloudSuite Industrial), including understanding of its architecture and integration points. Proficiency in SQL, XML, and other scripting languages used in ERP and CPQ configuration. Experience in product modeling, pricing logic, and rule configuration within CPQ platforms. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues. Familiarity with business processes in manufacturing, sales, or distribution industries is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Infor CPQ certification or similar relevant certifications. Experience with RESTful APIs and web services for integrating CPQ with other business systems. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies. Familiarity with other Infor products like Infor Mongoose or SyteLine would be a plus.
