Position Details : Configuration/Process Technician•Location: Cincinnati, OH (Westchester)•Shift: 1 x 2nd Shift (2P-10:30P), 2 x 3rd Shift (10P-6:30A)•Compensation: $25/hr. based on skills and experience, +OT•First Year W2 ~ $60k+, based on projects and overtime•Shift Differential Pay: +$3.50/hr. for 2nd Shift; +$2.50/hr. for 3rd Shift•Benefits: Industry-leading benefits package including comprehensive health, dental, life, Short Term Disability and Long-Term Disability; 401(k) match, vacation, and holidays.•Travel: N/A•Vaccine Requirement: No
Position Description :The primary responsibilities of Configuration/Process Service Technicians include, but are not limited to the set-up, calibration, adjustment, cleaning, and monitoring of proprietary equipment, in conformance with company standards and quality specifications for the high-speed production and manufacturing of plastic film and paper products.
Requirements:•High speed manufacturing industry/CNC/product experience (2 years +) or training/degree•Electrical and Mechanical Ability - working with hand/power tools, general electrical or mechanical applications to trouble shoot and resolve issues, control panel interface techniques•Strong initiative and self-drive, motivation, and interpersonal skills
