Insight Global is looking to hire a Lead Salesforce Developer for one of our largest home solution clients headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio. The Lead Salesforce Developer will be responsible for developing and modifying high quality customer software solutions for a large and rapidly growing organization. This person will be a hands-on professional with strong technical aptitude and current Salesforce development tool skills including the Field Service Mobile App (FSMA) and Field Service Lightning (FSL). You will be leading a team of 3-4 software developers from a technical perspective while being hands-on writing code, testing, and software development activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing Salesforce including the Salesforce including the field service cloud. The client is at the early stages of the salesforce implementation.

Pay range: 60-65/hr

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in IT or related field8 years of experience designing and implementing application solutions, 4 years experience working on Salesforce platformExperience implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Field Service CloudExperience implementing the Field Service Mobile ApplicationDemonstrated technical leadership skills - experience leading a team of 3-4 peopleStrong verbal and written communications skills - experience writing documentationsSoftware engineering skills with Force.com Platform (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Unit Testing), Java SE & EE (Java, JSF, SQL)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Additional Salesforce certifications e.g., Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified JavaScript DeveloperAdvanced knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, etc.Experience with APIs and integrations.
