Spalding Consulting, Inc. is a professional services firm specializing in Information Technology (IT), Program Management, and Financial Management for the Department of Defense, federal agencies, and commercial clients. Position Type: Full - Time Essential Functions: Work on an Agile team to assist in the design, development, testing, and implementation of web-based applications Assist with modernizing legacy applications to a cloud environment Modify existing ASP.NET applications including Web Forms, MVC and custom MVVM/MVP architectures Other duties as assigned or required. Qualifications and Experience: Required: 5 years of web-based software development experience Desired: C# and .NET framework experience highly desired, other relevant experience may be considered Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with CI/CD practices preferred Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance required. Interim Secret clearance acceptable to start. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline is preferred. COVID-19 Procedures: On-boarding/training will be virtual and telework maximized/permitted to the greatest extent possible, however on-boarding/training/tasking may require on-site work a few hours per week during the current COVID-19 situation. Future on-site/telework requirements/schedules may change as additional client direction is received.
