IT Infrastructure Support Engineer

Duties/Responsibilities: Manage and maintain Windows and Azure environments, including Domain Controllers, Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. Ensure security of physical and virtual servers. Administer and configure datacenter networking and equipment for server and storage operations. Implement data protection policies and backup technologies. Apply patches, firmware updates, and OS upgrades following security best practices. Assist with remote access technologies and networking environment installation. Support application installation, updates, and decommissioning of hardware. Participate in after-hours on-call rotation. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree required. 5 years of experience supporting IT infrastructure services including Microsoft Server, cloud storage, VMware administration, LAN/WAN technologies, and data protection platforms. Familiarity with Solar Winds is a plus. 10-20% travel may be required for this role.
