Job Description:Insight Global is looking for a junior IT Help Desk associate to join a large Pittsburgh based retailer to assist with busy season. This is an entry level role and will include support work assisting store staff and customers. Some of the daily operations the associate will be responsible for are troubleshooting of registers, pin pads and handheld devices, password resets, connectivity issues, and desktop/laptop support on both Windows and Mac environments. The associate will be using active directory and an internal ticketing system to deliver on these issues, whether this is writing up documentation/reports, receiving inquiries, and escalating advanced problems. The right candidate will have an energetic personality and exemplify strong customer service skills both written and verbal.
