This is a position with grade 17 This position reports to Technical Training Manager Your role and responsibilities The Customer Quality Support Specialist is the first point of contact for support of post shipping errors from the distribution network for customers and business partners of the Instillation Products in United States. In this role you will utilize your customer service skills and knowledge, you will aid the Distribution Center team by responding to customer inquiries. This role is expected to work onsite (LI-Onsite) in our Byhalia, MS Distribution Center to be best be able to support the needs of the facility. You will be mainly accountable for: - Ensuring that inquiries are resolved and assist in any necessary escalation and creating a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification - Delivering effective solutions to customers with post shipping queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issue. - Monitoring the status of all inquiries to ensure timely and complete resolution. - Working with Distribution Center Operations teams to provide internal and external customers updates on order status and operational calendars. Qualifications for the role HS Degree/GED required, Associate degree in business, communication or a related field is preferred. Two years of experience in Customer Service or related filed, working as a CSR with both telephone and email inquiries in the industrial market. Effective communicator both in written responses and over the phone. Excellent Microsoft Office experience. Previous experience in SalesForce a plus. Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
