POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for the management of a team of assigned resources specializing in assigned applications. The application managers are responsible for coordinating technical requirements for the system. Works closely with the Director of Clinical Product Management. The Application Manager will provide an additional level of coordination and communication for the implementation of an application, application area, or specialized team.QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, skills and experience:Bachelor's Degree in Business, health care administration, clinical discipline, or related field requiredPrior experience in analysis, optimizing, and process improvement of clinical or healthcare-related systems requiredProven experience leading a team requiredPrior experience implementing, integrating, and\or optimizing an Electronic Health Record system requiredPrior experience with revenue cycle management preferredPrior experience in creation of system documents, including but not limited to workflow documentation and standard operating procedures preferredPrior experience in system testing preferredAbility to manage a team and assign team members both project and support activities requiredStrong oral, written, and presentation communication skills required
