Job Description:
Oracle WMS/PM
Roles & ResponsibilitiesGuide the business team on architecting technical solutionsTake ownership of problem resolution or ensure a clear hand-off to the right owner.Develop and coach an effective user and super-user community.Anticipate key business issues and implement comprehensive recommendations.Build relationships across the organization to gain buy-in and move initiatives forward.Participate in the design of high-quality application architecture that meets organization's business requirements.Contributes and manages all personnel and initiatives within the planning, design, development, implementation, maintenance, support, and enhancements of Oracle ERP applications.Working closely with cross functional teams, product owners, SMEs, enterprise architects, software engineers, manage and prioritize the product backlog, participate in Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review/Demo, Sprint Retrospective.Proactively identify impediments and dependencies and work with cross functional teams to resolve.Ensures all documentation, tracking and reporting metrics including user stories, project progress, resource utilization, change requests, issues resolution, risk mitigation plans, test scripts, test results, and status update are completed per the delivery timelines.Lead and facilitate Integration, Solution, and UAT testing.Create, monitor, and share team performance metrics, including preparing related progress reports.Manages project plan and tracks project progress including dependencies, constraints, assumptions, and risks.Escalates risks, resource gaps and delays as needed to ensure project stays on track.Lead daily Scrum and weekly Scrum meetings to compile project status updates, updating project plan and removing obstacles and roadblocks for project team members.Encourage velocity, quality, and efficiency while adhering to coding, quality assurance, and project execution best practices.Lead end users through training and testing by documenting user guides, training materials, business processes, test plans, and then performing the required in-person reviews of the material.Clearly communicate functional requirement/specifications to development team.Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or other relevant fields.10+ years of Oracle EBS experience implementing and supporting these Oracle modules: Warehouse Management System, Inventory Management, Shipping Execution, and Order Management (OM).Should have extensive process knowledge of the Oracle WMS module (Both functional and technical)Should be able to communicate with business users daily and handle WMS issuesGood knowledge and understanding of interfaces.Should be able to grasp customer specific custom solutions quickly and provide inputs to business thereafter.Should be able to clarify and document current-state, future-state, and the gap that exists between the two states.Ability to develop and document solution design alternatives, and then lead a group through the collaborative process of finalizing recommendations and documenting rationale.Experience in Oracle SCM/Manufacturing/WMS modules with strong experience in supporting EBS R12.2.x core SCM modules.Subject Matter Expert (SME) level experience required in WMS, OM and Inventory Management.Delivery experience is a must. Should have worked in multiple R12 implementation and upgrade projects.Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment. Excellent English communication, customer facing roles and good attitude is a must.Basic experience with PL/SQL is required. Strong PL/SQL experience is preferred.Demonstrated understanding of Oracle workflow, Oracle flexfields, values sets & service items.Must Have:
7+ years of experience in supporting and implementation of Oracle WMS moduleAt least 2 implementations of Oracle cloud WMS and 2 implementations of Oracle R12 WMS.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is
(HOURLY RATE 65 TO 70 W2).
This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
