Job Summary: The RPA Developer is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, modifying, creating, debugging, designing, and testing applications using modern development methodologies and tools. As a key player on a multidisciplinary team, the developer will engage in all aspects of the application development life cycle to ensure project success and provide valuable insights during design and application architecture discussions. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the software development process, life cycle, and creation to assist users in completing computer tasks or programs. Implement code and document all system changes based on assignments and timelines. Develop and adhere to department coding and user interface guidelines. Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and create technical documentation. Assist with general testing instructions, go-live planning, and provide post-live support. Communicate progress, roadblocks, and issues to the team and management in a timely manner. Provide training and documentation to team members on new development assignments. Mentor and train staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Develop and document a technical approach for solutions presented to stakeholders. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 8 years of technical experience in RPA development. 2-3 years of experience using the UiPath RPA tool. 2 years of experience supporting automation of manual processes within a healthcare insurer or hospital system. Exposure to or direct experience with Facets (healthcare administration tool) is strongly preferred. UiPath Certified Professional Certification. Expertise in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) and programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, .NET). Familiarity with business process and workflow orchestration platforms (e.g., Appian, Pega) and systems integration techniques (e.g., APIs, Kafka, ETL). Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage teams, and effectively communicate with cross-functional stakeholders. Strong analytical skills focused on developing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and accuracy. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in healthcare systems or insurance processes. Knowledge of additional RPA tools and programming languages. Certifications: UiPath Certified Professional Certification is required. Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: UiPath Certified Professional Certification
