Senior Salesforce Solution Architect

Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to support our government clients by translating business requirements into functioning software systems and solutions. You will have the opportunity to grow your skillset, engage with stakeholders, and contribute to our Solution Architecture capabilities. Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive configuration designs, use cases, test conditions, and training documentation Recommend Salesforce.com based solutions and integration points for business usage improvements Identify detailed business requirements to support Salesforce.com implementation Ensure technical design aligns with enterprise architecture and scale for future needs Define technical best practices and provide high level design documents Evaluate application performance bottlenecks and recommend remedial measures Provide guidance to junior developers and conduct code reviews Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship required Salesforce Application Architect and Salesforce System Architect Certifications Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Salesforce Implementation Strong knowledge of Salesforce functionality and configuration capabilities Prior experience supporting an organization with CRM and multiple active Force.com About Capgemini: Capgemini is a global leader in technology and business transformation, leveraging cloud, data, AI, and more.
