Learn more at www.ukg.com/careers (http:www.ukg.com/careers) WeAreUKG About the Team: The Cloud Infrastructure team is responsible for UKGs data network infrastructure including, but not limited to routers, switches, firewalls, network taps, tools, and load balancers (both physical and virtual) and public cloud networking. About the Role: You will be responsible for providing sound problem determination and resolution, document methodologies, thorough knowledge of data network management, execute hardware and software installations, and performance tuning and recovery Improve, innovate, and create enhancements to existing processes and policies Procure, track and renew SSL certificates issued by Trusted CAs Provide and maintain clear, consistent, and accurate documentation of network topologies and standards, including documentation of ISO and other related standards and/or regulatory compliance Availability for on-call rotation and work on projects outside normal working hours Responsible to work on project tasks related to provisioning, break-fix, enhancement and new initiatives along with maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting all migration and changes to the environments Troubleshoot network issues using packet analysis tools and other standard network tools and would be expected to coordinate with domain architects as per the requirement. Follow routine operational tasks such as device backups, code management, configuration compliance, reporting, environmental and performance management while adhering to security policies Perform all tasks within security, governance, and compliance standards and guidelines Responsible for coordination with product and business stakeholders to understand the requirements from network perspective and plan the implementation accordingly. About You: Basic Qualifications 8 years of technical network engineering experience 3-5 years of experience on Public Cloud (GCP, Azure, AWS) 3-5 years of experience with routing concepts and protocols (RIP, EIGRP, IGRP, OSPF, BGP, HSRP, VRRP, route redistribution etc.) Hands on experience on IaC Tools (Terraform, Ansible) 3-5 years of experience following change management procedures and maintaining a highly available infrastructure Experience working in a distributed multi-data centre SaaS environment. Experience with Cisco Technologies Experience with Juniper Technologies Experience with F5 Technologies Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of SSL management and certificate expiration dates LAN switching Internetworking to include VLANS, spanning tree, trunking, port aggregation, and segmentation Experience of working on Next Generation Firewalls(Fortinet, Palo Alto etc.) Experience and knowledge working with tunnelling technologies including IPSEC and SSL VPNs and GRE tunnelling Must understand load balancing strategies/ techniques, expertise in application switching/traffic management, knowledge of persistence and SSL certificates Experience with protocol analysers and related network diagnostic tools Experience in Network management and monitoring systems Microsoft Windows general internetworking and troubleshooting knowledge Experience working in support of WAN connectivity and internet service providers Knowledge of Infrastructure security aspects would be beneficial Knowledge of the Agile ways of working would be beneficial CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIS, Public Cloud certifications a plus Self-motivated and capable of working effectively without supervision Exceptional written & communication skills Strong organizational skills Problem-solving expertise Multi-tasking abilities Detail oriented Equal Opportunity Employer: Ultimate Kronos Group is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and is committed to maintaining a diverse and inclusive work environment. The pay range for this position is $96,900 to $139,300, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
