WHAT YOU WILL DO We are seeking Telecomm Analysts across various experience levels- from those just beginning their careers to seasoned professionals ready to take on leadership roles. Al BlueHalo, you will work on challenging projects that require innovative thinking, collaboration, and a deep understanding of telecommunication systems. The role will involve analyzing telecommunications data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance communication efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Operate, demonstrate and training on current or prototype intelligence telecommunication equipment under test or in use in field locations. Optimize and configure collection resources. Contribute to technical studies, analyses, and evaluations of technical mission needs and make recommendations to support decision-makers. WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL BRING We are hiring at multiple levels for this position. Degree commensurate with experience. Entry: 0-2 years of experience. Junior: 3-6 years of experience as a telecomm analyst or work of similar scope and complexity. Journeyman: 7-9 years of experience as a telecomm analyst or work of similar scope and complexity. Senior: 10 years of experience as a telecomm analyst or work of similar scope and complexity. Experience in telecomm analysis and working in a similar scope, type, and complexity is required based on experience. Must have an in-depth understanding of modern/digital telecommunication systems and equipment; SIGINT Systems; export issues; and SIGINT Systems collection and processing facilities. Must be capable of maintaining extensive interaction/working relationships among various representatives. Be able to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in telecommunications data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Salary Range: $85,000 - $230,000 The BlueHalo pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
