Title: IT Architect Sr. Location: Onsite (Detroit, MI) Duration: 12 Months Engagement Description - Lead designing of capabilities / solutions and business architecture for new products /strategies within Market Solutions & own and refine the researching of solution operating model to come up with creative and efficient solutions for MS. Provide support for business architecture discipline as defined by departmental requirements. Provide overall direction, guidance, definition and facilitation for the development of business architecture and its use within the enterprise to deliver business value through technology. Work collaboratively with product, platform and service owners to evolve and align the technology vision including evaluation and selection. The business architect will partner with business stakeholders, Product Development to understand the business strategy, discuss solutions and options taking into consideration the Future state ecosystem. The architect becomes a trusted partner within business and IT across the Enterprise. Work with business partners within one or more business organizations to align technology solutions with business strategies. Top 3 Required Skills/Experience - Minimum 5 years of experience with HealthCare Payer Operations, Provider/Group facing Applications. Leading strategies, principles, and standards to guide business architecture efforts across the division. Create strategy, vision, roadmaps, business capability models, Value Stream Mapping, and conceptual solutions/design. Required Skills/Experience - The rest of the required skills/experience. Include: Lead responsibility for planning, developing, system solutions that improve business efficiency and productivity as well as support business strategies and goals. Strong understanding of the overall Business/Solution architecture is also required to understand the issues and implications of proposed system and solutions. Create Business models and roadmaps and assesses capability and process gaps between the current and future states. Design solutions for an existing or new problem and support the tasks and activities that are involved with its successful implementation. Provide overall direction, guidance, definition, and facilitation for the development of an architecture (current and future state) required to meet business strategies and goals. Conceive solutions, build consensus, and sell/execute solutions. Work with project, product, and service teams to understand business requirements and help them understand how technology trade-offs influence strategy. Ability to drive consensus on complex matters involving diverse stakeholders where there may be varying points of view. Collaborate with business, solution, and enterprise architects to understand the implications of respective architectures on information architecture and maximize the value of information across the organization. Preferred Skills/Experience - Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include: Preferred Hands-on involvement in Agile, Lean startup- Minimum Viable Product (MVP), and outcome-based delivery models. Education/Certifications - Include: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Health Care, Information Systems, Statistics, or another related field is required. Master's Degree
