$100k - $140kMissionThe ERP Business Systems Lead partners with key leaders to assess business needs and reporting demands, acting as the in-house expert on data analytics tools.Position OverviewA detail-oriented and analytical Business Systems Lead is needed to support and enhance reporting and data analysis functions, working closely with Finance, Operations, and IT.ResponsibilitiesSystem Maintenance and SupportDevelop dashboards and reports within supported ERPs.Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot reporting systems.Collaborate with IT to resolve technical issues and ensure data integrity.Ensure security and appropriate access levels for employees.Data Analysis and ReportingDevelop and maintain financial reports and dashboards using Power BI.Analyze financial data using SQL and other sources to identify trends and opportunities.Process ImprovementEvaluate and improve financial processes and systems.Implement process enhancements to streamline workflows.Lead or support continuous improvement efforts.Strategize with leadership on reporting enhancements.Support departments with time-sensitive business needs.Recommend enterprise products and services for automated solutions.Compliance and ControlsEnsure financial systems adhere to regulations and internal controls.Assist in audits and compliance reviews.User Training and SupportProvide training and support to end-users.Create user guides and documentation.CollaborationGather requirements and align financial systems with business needs.Act as a liaison between Finance, IT, and other departments.Work autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced environment.ExperienceBachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.5+ years in systems analysis, data analysis, or related roles.Proficiency in data analytics, visualization, financial software systems, Power BI, and SQL.Excellent interpersonal communication and organization skills.Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.Project management skills are a plus.Ability to drive accountability and manage ambiguity.Experience in developing operational procedures and policies.Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications.Individual CharacteristicsStrong communication and customer service skills.Excellent technical and analytical abilities.Strong relationship builder with interpersonal skills.Independent thinker with the courage to advocate for their beliefs.Ability to understand operational needs and develop data-driven solutions.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision InsuranceHealth Savings Account, Flexible Spending & Dependent CareLife & Accidental Death & Dismemberment InsuranceShort-Term & Long-Term DisabilityAccident & Critical Illness InsuranceLife Assistance Program 24/7Identity Theft ProtectionMoney CoachingWill Preparation ServicesTravel Protection Services 24/7/365401(k) - 3% employer match10 holidays3 weeks PTOAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
