Job Summary
Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, this senior leadership role is responsible for driving commercial, productivity, and systems initiatives to support growth, profitability, and staff development. The VP will optimize brand systems and support programs for 2,200+ Franchises and corporate users. They will collaborate with business stakeholders to align projects with overall strategy and objectives.

Select, launch, and implement transformation projects
Maintain awareness of enterprise project portfolio and strategic plan
Apply Lean principles for process innovation
Governance
Structure and prioritize project portfolio with Steering Team oversight Manage intake of new initiatives aligned with the operating plan Establish operational KPIs and manage interdependencies Execution
Define and deploy problem solving, process improvement, and project management Partner with IT PMO for project deployment Facilitate connectivity between internal processes and customer needs Organizational Alignment
