SAP Functional Analyst (SD) - Placentia, CA We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Analyst specializing in the Sales & Distribution (SD) module to join our client in Placentia, CA. This role involves the design, implementation, and support of SAP ERP solutions, aimed at improving business efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Participate in process analysis and redesign to enhance system capabilities. Implement and support SAP SD functionalities, including sales order processing, billing, pricing, shipping, and EDI trading partners. Manage master data (customer, material, pricing conditions) and oversee sales order processing (inquiries, quotations, contracts, availability checks). Coordinate shipping and delivery processes, including transportation management and batch management. Oversee billing and invoicing, managing rebate processing and credit/debit memos. Provide sales support and customer service, including managing pre-sales activities and after-sales services. Ensure compliance with foreign trade and legal regulations, managing export/import processes. Integrate SAP SD with other modules (MM, FI, CO, PP) and configure basic functions (pricing, taxation, account determination). Utilize advanced features like variant configuration, third-party order processing, and make-to-order production. Perform reporting and analytics using SAP tools and automate routine tasks with SAP Workflow. Requirements: SAP Certified Associate or SAP Certified Professional - ECC 6.0 SD (Certification is a must). Minimum of 10 years of experience in full cycle SAP SD implementation and support projects. Experience designing and configuring SD modules with knowledge of key integration points between other SAP modules (MM, FI, CO, PP). Background in a manufacturing environment. Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously. Bachelors degree in IT, Business Management, or related field. Extensive project management experience with third parties, including team management, cost, resources, and timeline management. Proven track record of achieving Go-Live dates and providing post-Go-Live support. Experience in conducting end-user training, creating help desk documentation, and coordinating unit and integration testing. Strong computational and analytical problem-solving skills.
