Job Title: Entry Level AccountantResponsibilitiesReconciling orders for fuel to match bill of ladings and match the invoice sent to the store.Three way match purchase orders, BOL(bill of lading or manifest), waybill/delivery receiptManually entering provided support documentation from carriers into PDIAnalyzing and solving billing issues as they arise, while communicating with leadership, accounts payable, freight and tax teams.Processing billings and adjustments in a timely and accurate manner.Sustaining daily communication with Dealer Business Consultants when discrepancies arise between bill of lading and waybill or supplier.Facilitate ACH payments with external merchantsAssist with new merchant setups, credit card imports, wire transfersQualificationsBachelors degree in Accounting.0-1 years relevant work experience.An understanding of accounting procedure, accounting concepts and internal control processes in general accounting.Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft ExcelGood analytical and problem-solving skills are needed.Self-starter and work with minimum supervision.Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.About Aston Carter:Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
