The JOB

The Talent Finance & Accounting group within our Concerts division is in search of a highly motivated individual to join its team as a Senior Accountant. We are looking for an individual who is both passionate about music, possesses a professional work ethic, has strong Accounting skills and is excited to learn and take on challenges. This is a role in a dynamic division on a fantastic team with high level of responsibility and is a blend of transactional and intermediate to advanced level Accounting. Self-motivated and multitasking ability are qualities that will be part of what helps an individual succeed in this role.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Assist with managing the monthly GL close processes and related deliverablesManagement of all external and internal Accounts Receivable balances and schedules, including in depth reconciliation and correcting entriesCash account reconciliation along with Accounts Payable teamMaintains, controls and reconciles accounts that are moderately to very complex, for completeness and accuracyPrepare and post journal entriesAnalysis of and reporting on various GL account activity and balances, including MoM and YoY variance analyticsAssist with supervision of junior staff in account reconciliations and other tasksEnsure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company policies and procedures, including Sarbanes-Oxley requirementsPrepares weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports and schedulesTake on additional tasks and special projects as neededSKILLS/COMPETENCIES

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance5-7 years comparable work experienceStrong problem-solving and communication and skills, and the ability to professionally interact with all levels within the organization as well as external clientsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail while meeting tight deadlinesAvailability to work extended hours based on team needs and reporting schedules, including evenings and weekendsStrong Excel and computer skills, Oracle experience a plusLive Nation's policy regarding vaccinations and masking related to a pandemic or other infectious disease control measures, acts of God, health and safety mandates and/or restrictions imposed by applicable local, state or federal governments has evolved over time. The expected compensation for this position is:$78,000.00 USD - $98,000.00 USD** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
