Job Title: PeopleSoft Absence Management Functional lead Location: Remote Duration: 12 months Direct Client Job description: As a PeopleSoft Absence Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the PeopleSoft Absence Management module within our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate recording, tracking, and reporting of employee absences. Additionally, you will provide technical expertise, support, and training to end-users to optimize the functionality of the PeopleSoft Absence Management system. Key Responsibilities: Configure and maintain the PeopleSoft Absence Management module to meet organizational requirements and industry best practices. Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT teams to integrate absence management processes with other systems and modules. Design and implement absence policies, rules, and accruals within the PeopleSoft system. Monitor and troubleshoot system issues related to absence management, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate end-users on how to effectively utilize the PeopleSoft Absence Management system. Serve as a subject matter expert on absence management processes, providing guidance and support to stakeholders as needed. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and system updates related to absence management, and recommend enhancements or process improvements accordingly. Generate reports and analyze data related to employee absences, trends, and patterns to support decision-making and strategic planning. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (8 years) working with PeopleSoft Absence Management module in a large-scale organization. Strong understanding of absence management processes, policies, and regulations. Proficiency in PeopleSoft HCM and Absence Management configuration, customization, and troubleshooting. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and train end-users. Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and compliance. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in PeopleSoft Absence Management or related modules. Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades and implementations. Knowledge of SQL and/or PeopleSoft Query for data analysis and reporting. Benefits Rate: $70.00 to $80.00/Hr DOE Remote Role Any Visa:
