Associate SVC Application Analyst

Responsible for enhancing, supporting, and managing applications within Temple Health. Coordinates the configuration and release of new features, testing, implementing regular vendor releases and system upgrades, monitoring and resolving system issues. Provide technical and functional application analysis, define system requirements, configure and maintain assigned applications using best practices. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and TUHS stakeholders to prioritize, configure and develop appropriate solutions, continuously improve and optimize service capabilities and provide system training. Education High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required) Bachelor's Degree: in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Preferred) Experience 1 Year experience a ServiceNow administrator, developer or implementer with demonstrated technical and process knowledge (Preferred) 1 Year experience in a healthcare/hospital environment (Preferred) General experience and familiarity with change management and operational support processes (Preferred) General experience and previous knowledge with ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery tools (Preferred) General experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS (Preferred) _ Your Tomorrow is Here Temple Health is a dynamic network of outstanding hospitals, specialty centers, and physician practices that is advancing the fight against disease, pushing the boundaries of medical science, and educating future healthcare professionals.
