The Senior Product Owner is responsible for the development and execution of the product vision and roadmap, ensuring successful delivery of a high-quality product that meets customer needs and business goals. The incumbent works closely with stakeholders across the organization, including business teams, IT product managers, technical teams, and marketing teams, to define and prioritize product features, improve customer experience, and drive innovation. The Product Owner ensures the team is delivering the highest value features first, knowing the needs of the business, and coordinates with the development team to ensure features meet the acceptance criteria and are delivered timely. The incumbent contributes to a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation within their team, driving the organization towards achieving its strategic business objectives Develop and execute product vision and roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs Define the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and customer needs Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to communicate product vision and roadmap and gather feedback Ensure the development team understands the features and acceptance criteria and clarify requirements with the stakeholders where necessary Continuously analyze and prioritize feedback from users and stakeholders to identify improvements and adjust the product backlog accordingly Ensure successful delivery of the product, working closely with the development team to ensure features are delivered timely and of high quality Own and manage knowledge documentation in support of the product Communicate progress and updates on product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and executive leadership Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Continuously stay up-to-date with market trends, technology advancements, and industry-leading practices in product management and ownership Education Required Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration, or in lieu of a degree, at least 7 years of experience in the field of technology product management Preferred Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Knowledge & Experience 4-6 years of experience in technology product management with experience in launching and managing successful products In-depth knowledge of product development and launch processes, including agile methodologies In-depth knowledge of production innovation methodologies and leading practices Ability to think strategically, design requirements in alignment with the business vision, and apply market trends Experience with hardware or software product development Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and customer-centric design thinking Strong understanding of business processes, including IT, vendor management, and software development lifecycle Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical solutions into business language Technical Skills Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Methodology Product Analytics Tools Customer Relationship Management Market Research & Competitive Analysis Product Strategy & Planning Product Risk Management Product Optimization & Growth Strategy Development Product Requirements Gathering & Documentation Reporting Tools Wireframing and Prototyping Tools Business Analysis User Research and Testing Tools This position is not eligible for sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, including conversion to H1-B visa.
