Are you a driven leader with experience in quality assurance and upkeeping a high standard of Production? We are seeking an experienced Quality Lead to supervise a team of quality inspectors, implement quality control procedures, conduct inspections and tests, and collaborate with production and engineering teams to address any quality-related issues.
salary: $22 - $26 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PMeducation: High School
Responsibilities
Identify areas for improvement in the production process and recommend solutions to reduce defects, improve product reliability, and enhance overall quality.Generate quality reports, metrics, and performance indicators (KPIs) such as defect rates, scrap rates, and yield rates.Conduct periodic reviews of the quality team's performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve their skills and effectiveness.Work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to identify potential quality issues and implement solutions.
The essential functions of this role include:working in a non-temperature controlled environmentmanual lifting up to 25lbsstanding for 8 hours at one time
