**Job Title: General Production Worker****Job Description**Packaging Laborers, Openings at both sites, same job duties and roles:- Putting caps and lids on bottles- Bottling products into boxes and cases- Placing bottles, caps, lids into boxes- Sorting and separating finished products- Packing jugs and bottles into boxesShifts:1st2nd3rdCandidates will also be responsible for housekeeping duties. Flexibility is key as you may be asked to sweep, mop, take out trash, or salt the parking lot when it snows. You could move from packaging to formulation and vice versa on any given day.**Hard Skills**+ Packaging Experience+ Lifting and Sorting products+ Labor Experience**Soft Skills**+ Multi-tasking+ Flexibility**Work Site**This is a fully on-site position in Alsip, Illinois.**Work Environment**Alsip Facility: A modern and very clean, temperature-controlled facility divided between the production floor and warehouse. Known as the cleanest chemical company around, everything is organized with a strong focus on safety. Smaller workforce with about 10-15 on 1st shift and half that on 2nd. Recently remodeled in the last 10 years.Chicago Heights Facility: An older but well-maintained, temperature-controlled facility with a larger workforce. It houses a few hundred employees across the shifts and has more production lines, making it more chaotic at times. There are security checkpoints at the front and multiple break rooms.The chemicals at both sites are not harmful, and excellent employee benefits are provided. Operations are similar at both sites, focusing on manufacturing, bottling, staging, and shipping products.
