Job Description
ASRC Federal is seeking qualified candidate for our SeniorDatabase Management Analyst positionto support our PEO Digital customer located in the Washington DC Navy Yard.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Database management analyst provides database solutions to solve complex business issues including data processing, loading, performance improvements, data storage, and data replication.This position will collect, organize and manage multiple documents across Navy, Marine Corps Portfolios and Offices including customized workflows for PEO Digital Enterprise Services.Conduct daily operation of content administration to include user training and dialog, workflow planning and automation recommendations.Oversee permission access.Conduct routine scans for presence of material that falls outside the bounds of policy and other PEO Practices.Use of MS Teams on SharePoint platform.Will participate in Digital SharePoint Online and Knowledge Management "clean-up" of dozens of soloed sites.Train end-users on SPO, MS Teams, MS Planner, Office 365, One-Drive, Power Platform Business Intelligence.Create a Business Central Model to simplify improvement and architecture to improve temporary file storage (MS Teams), to a SharePoint Online/Flank Speed format.JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage and administer the daily operation of content usage and provide SharePoint Program Support to the client.Gather requirements and information when there are minimal documented processes.Extensive use of data connections and rules (low-code/no-code).Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user access requirements and adapt toconfiguration locally as changes to priority or business dictates.Provide end-user support and training on creation and configuration of document libraries, lists, columns, content types, library templates, permissions, and web parts.Recommend best practices for the implementation of SharePoint portal technology procedures.Work in collaboration with SharePoint developers to support Navy enterprise SharePoint portal operations, development, and migration (as needed).Provide customization with common language, including HTMO, CSS, JavaScript, XML, XSLT, JSON and jQuery.Create and maintain Team dashboards.Update and monitor Service Now Systems.Streamline PEO DES and local client SharePoint Hub(s).Assist with creation of automated systems and tools such as onboarding and account access.Assist with creation and updates of Kanban Boards and SharePoint integration.May oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all employees assigned to a specific job.Requirements
EXPERIENCE:
At least five (5) years of relevant work experience.Skill in analytical, critical thinking and data mining skills.Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Experience using Microsoft Platforms to include Power Automate, Power Apps, and PowerBI Experience using Microsoft InfoPath, and NINTEX Workflow tools with SharePoint sites.Experience supporting SharePoint Online Migrations to include Planning, Remediation, and UAT.Strong understanding of OOB SharePoint 2013/SPO features, terms, capabilities, and best practices.Working knowledge of web design UI/UX, taxonomy architecture, project management processes.Knowledge of enterprise portal technologies.Strong Information Technology Skills.Strong multitasking and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as a team member.Ability to learn and apply technical concepts to assigned duties.Ability to explore and examine data from multiple disparate sources with the goal of drawing conclusions to address business problems.Must be a US CitizenCLEARANCE LEVEL:

Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or equivalentMust maintain IAT Level II certification per DoD 8570.1MEDUCATION:
