If supervising: will supervise 4 rooms w CRNAs 3 facilities (21 total ORs), two facilities (8 ORs each plus GI) will have a morning doc supervisor and an afternoon doc supervisor, the third facility (3 ORs) will have docs doing their own cases. Docs will supervise CRNAs in 4 rooms, and CRNAs will work in collaboration with the surgeon in the other 4 rooms. The supervising doc at each facility can be available for consult or assistance to any CRNA if needed. Total of 16 CRNAs.
