Your impact
As a Senior GTM Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing the systems and processes that drive our Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to manage, analyze, and streamline operations across Salesforce, Spiff, and other GTM systems. Your primary focus will be ensuring that the data and systems we rely on are accurate, efficient, and deliver insights that support informed decision-making.
You will also take on operational projects, gather requirements, and manage system implementations that improve our overall efficiency and scalability. Your role
Lead projects related to systems and process improvements, ensuring we have the data we need when we need it. Collaborate with RevOps, Sales, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver system solutions that drive business performance. Analyze and manage data and policies related to commissions structures, quotas, attainment, product/packaging, and sales metrics. Work hands-on with Salesforce, Spiff, and other GTM systems to build and configure workflows, ensure accurate data flows, and streamline processes. Take ownership of troubleshooting and resolving system issues, particularly around data inconsistencies or workflow errors. Develop and maintain documentation on system configurations, workflows, and processes to ensure team-wide knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting. Manage and optimize the systems that support our GTM organization, ensuring we can execute on key initiatives efficiently. Act as a key point of contact for system-related inquiries and support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Assist in developing policies, procedures, and automated workflows that improve scalability and accuracy. Your experience 4+ years of experience in a systems analyst, sales operations, or commissions analyst role, preferably within a start-up or similarly fast-paced environment. Strong experience with Salesforce, Spiff, and/or other GTM systems. Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving system issues, including data sync and workflow automation challenges. Excellent data analysis skills, with a proven ability to interpret and manipulate large datasets to inform business decisions. Hands-on experience managing system implementations, process improvements, and workflow automation. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate effectively with multiple teams. Experience developing and maintaining clear and thorough documentation for system workflows and processes. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. Proven track record of working on complex systems-related projects and driving improvements that impact business performance. Compensation range $115,000 - $130,000 For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all
