Primary Skills: SAP WM Expertise, Batch/Serial Management, Inbound/outbound Shipment, Warehouse master data, Kanban material replenishment Contract Type: W2 Duration: 12 Months Location: Sunnyvale, CA (3 Days Hybrid) Pay Range: $90 - $100 Per Hour JOB SUMMARY: Seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with expertise in SAP Warehouse Management (SAP WM) for a critical onsite role. The ideal candidate will drive the transformation of warehouse processes through in-depth analysis, blue printing workshops, and effective solution deployment aligned with best industry practices. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and enhancement of the Warehouse Management system. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Facilitate business blue printing workshops and map As-Is To-Be business processes. Analyze requirements from Warehouse & Shipping departments, providing solutions based on best industrial practices. Configure, develop, and test changes within the SAP WM module, ensuring all requirements are met. Serve as the single point of contact for configuration, development, and data migration within the Warehouse Management module. Document and train other teams on newly implemented processes, ensuring smooth transitions. JOB REQUIREMENTS: 8 plus years of experience in SAP Warehouse Management Module At least 3 end to end project implementations with hands on configuration experience in SAP WM module. Warehouse master data & org structure setup, Strong knowledge in Inbound process, Put-way process and master data, Strong knowledge in Outbound shipment, Stock removal process and master data. Warehouse internal processes & Posting change notice, Production order staging, Kanban material replenishment, Replenishment with in Warehouse Project stock management in Warehouse, WM movement types, Special stocks, Cycle counting, Batch Management and Serial Management in SAP WM, Handling Unit Management/ SU management Cycle counting process, Understanding of ITS mobile and RF devices with RF configuration & Queue management, Outputs, Label printing, Scanners ( RFID, 2D & Linear ), WM reports, Warehouse activity monitor ABOUT AKRAYA Akraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a thriving work environment.
